Started From Scratch and Deeply Rooted in the Construction Industry
黃烱輝 started his business in 1988年, beginning with real estate sales and commissioned sales, gradually expanding into construction and building contracting, integrating industry chain resources and leading the company to become a listed company. He values construction quality and consumer trust. The company's operations and architectural works have received repeated recognition, including corporate model awards, 幸福 enterprise awards, Taiwan honest builder awards, and multiple national-level construction quality and planning design awards. During his long-term participation in industry public affairs, he served as chairman of several real estate-related associations, actively serving members, uniting industry strength, and promoting industry-government communication and policy recommendations, contributing to the development of the construction industry.
Supporting Alma Mater With NT$2億元 Donation Setting a Record
As an EMBA alumnus of National Sun Yat-sen University, 黃烱輝 has long supported the development of his alma mater. He served as the 10th and 11th chairman of the National Sun Yat-sen University Alumni Association, actively uniting alumni and strengthening ties between alumni and the university, and supporting scholarships and university development. In 2020年 he was named an Outstanding Alumnus of National Sun Yat-sen University. He often returns to campus to share industry experience and encourage young students. To support the development of medical education at his alma mater and the cultivation of medical talent in southern Taiwan, he donated NT$2億元 to help build the medical education building, setting the highest single personal donation record since the founding of National Sun Yat-sen University.
