SOX Leads U.S. Stocks Higher as AI Funds Clearly Flow Back
U.S. stocks closed broadly higher on Tuesday (27th) as buying in artificial intelligence themes returned and falling international oil prices lifted risk appetite. Meanwhile, strength in AMD, Broadcom, Supermicro and Dell affects Quanta (2382), Wistron (3231), Wiwynn (6669), Inventec (2356), MiTAC (3706) and Alchip-KY (3661), Global Unichip (3443) and other AI server and ASIC supply chains. Brent crude fell on Tuesday, helping ease energy cost and inflation concerns. However, the Federal Reserve will announce its rate decision on the 28th U.S. time, with markets focused on Chair Kevin Warsh's views on inflation and whether rates will be raised in December, while earnings from Alphabet, Microsoft and Amazon will confirm the sustainability of AI capital spending, remaining key for the subsequent market direction.
