October Revenue Rises Both MoM and YoY to New Monthly High
Machvision ( 3563 ) reported consolidated revenue for 115年10月 of approximately 4.03億元, up approximately 8.19% MoM and approximately 95.59% YoY, continuing to set a new single-month record high; cumulative consolidated revenue for the first 10 months was 34.08億元, up 24.59% YoY. The company stated that as AI infrastructure continues to expand, demand from AI servers, high-performance computing (HPC), high-speed optical communications, and advanced packaging continues to grow, driving increased demand for precision inspection equipment for high-end PCBs, substrates, and semiconductor processes, pushing October revenue performance to a new record and maintaining strong overall operating momentum.
Dual-Track Strategy Focused on Four Application Areas
Machvision continues to advance its dual-track development strategy for PCB and semiconductor inspection equipment, focusing on four application areas: AI Server, MSAP, ABF substrates, and semiconductor advanced packaging, and continues to expand into high-end application markets through core technology deepening and product upgrades. In MSAP and optical module applications, benefiting from continued growth in AI data centers, high-speed switches, and high-speed transmission demand, process requirements for fine lines, high precision, and miniaturized inspection are increasingly stringent. The company's related equipment has been purchased by a leading optical module customer, and with continued expansion of customer demand and capacity, MSAP and optical module-related business is expected to maintain strong growth, adding important momentum to operations.
Multi-Year Orders Support Medium- to Long-Term Growth
In ABF substrates, Machvision already has multi-year orders contributing, which will provide important growth support for operations over the next several years; AI Server-related business continues to develop steadily on an already high base, while semiconductor advanced packaging inspection business is expected to further expand in revenue scale with the introduction of new products and increased customer demand. Looking ahead, the company stated that overall order visibility is currently good, with strong order and shipment momentum from the fourth quarter through next year, and overall performance is expected to show leapfrog growth as ABF substrate multi-year orders continue to contribute, MSAP and optical module-related applications grow, and advanced packaging inspection business gradually ramps up. The company will continue to strengthen supply chain management, capacity allocation, and product R&D capabilities, improve customer service and delivery efficiency, capture market opportunities from AI and high-end electronics process development, and is highly confident in medium- to long-term operational development.
