Single-Quarter Revenue and Profit Both Hit Record Highs
Advantech announced its consolidated financial report for the third quarter of 2026, with third-quarter consolidated revenue of 新台幣324.40億元, up 83% year-on-year, setting a new single-quarter revenue record. Single-quarter operating gross profit was 118.96億元, with a gross margin of 36.7%, operating profit 67.95億元, and operating margin of 20.9%. Single-quarter consolidated net profit after tax reached 62.18億元, up 125% year-on-year, and third-quarter earnings per share after tax were 7.15元, with single-quarter revenue and profit both rewriting record highs.
First Three Quarters Profit Surpasses Last Full Year
Cumulative first three quarters consolidated revenue 達新台幣789.52億元, up 49% year-on-year, consolidated net profit after tax was 140.70億元, up 88% year-on-year, and cumulative first three quarters earnings per share after tax reached 16.21元, already surpassing full-year 2025. In U.S. dollar terms, cumulative first three quarters revenue reached 2,485百萬美元, up 46% year-on-year. By region, North America, Europe, China, North Asia, Taiwan and 新興 markets all posted double-digit year-on-year growth, growing 58%, 36%, 55%, 43%, 72% and 37% respectively.
By business group, the IoT Automation Group, Intelligent Systems Group and Embedded Group grew strongly by 25%, 49% and 40% respectively, while the Intelligent Services Group also grew 7%. Advantech CFO and General Manager of Comprehensive Business Management 陳清熙 said that in the third quarter, benefiting from edge AI market development, strong demand from semiconductor equipment and smart healthcare applications, coupled with supply chain fluctuations and component price increases, customer ordering remained active. The third-quarter book-to-bill ratio was 1.64, reaching 2.12 in North America, and rising to 1.52 and 1.50 in Europe and China respectively, with overall order momentum remaining strong.
North America New Headquarters Starts Operation to Capture Edge AI
To fully deepen its North America market deployment, Advantech held the grand opening ceremony for its new North America headquarters in Tustin, California on 美國時間10月20日, followed by the Advantech Technology Summit on 21日, together with global key technology partners including AMD, Intel, NVIDIA and Qualcomm, to jointly explore edge computing and Edge AI innovation applications.
