Crossover Collaboration Debuts
Taiwan Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has partnered with 7-ELEVEN to launch a limited-time program running from October 28 to December 31. Targeting uniopen members and combining the OPENPOINT points ecosystem, it offers vehicle redemption with points and test-drive purchase rewards, creating a collaboration model between the automotive industry and points programs and bringing consumers a brand-new ownership experience.
Points Redemption Offer
The first offer is redemption of the Caddy Maxi EasyLife with OPENPOINTs. From 11:00 on October 28, 2026 to 23:59 on December 31, 2026, uniopen members can redeem one Volkswagen Caddy Maxi EasyLife, valued at NT$1.249 million, for 999,999 OPENPOINTs, limited to one vehicle, while supplies last. The model is a German-made full seven-seater MPV, offering sedan-like handling comfort and flexible space to meet family driving safety needs.
Redemption Restrictions
Under the program rules, once OPENPOINTs are deducted and the redemption is completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Redemption eligibility is limited to the member only and is non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be used by another person on their behalf. This is a points-for-product redemption event, not a lottery. Details are subject to the OPENPOINT announcement, and President Chain Store and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles reserve the right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate the event at any time.
Test Drive and Licensing Rewards
A limited-time points reward for purchase is offered during the same period. From October 28, 2026 to December 31, 2026, uniopen members who complete a Caddy Maxi viewing and test drive at an authorized Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles showroom across Taiwan and complete ordering and new-vehicle licensing within the period, and provide their uniopen member GID and mobile phone number, will receive 3,000 OPENPOINTs. The points will be collectively credited to eligible member accounts by January 31, 2027. Used vehicles, leased vehicles, and project bulk purchase vehicles are excluded; the participating member name and phone number must match the actual registered owner of the vehicle, points cannot be converted to cash or transferred, and details are subject to the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles announcement.
